Orange & Whiskey Marmalade

A grown-up marmalade made with whiskey from Whipper Snapper Distillery in East Perth. The rind is hand-sliced for a proper chew, the oranges bring sweetness with that classic bitter edge, and a dram of whiskey warms the finish.

How to use it: Spread it on hot buttered crumpets, warm a spoonful to glaze a cake, brush it over a baked ham, or stir a little into an Old Fashioned.

Small-batch, vegan and made without preservatives. Made in WA.

Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 months.

Whiskey from Whipper Snapper Distillery in East Perth, added for a warm finish.

It may contain traces of alcohol, so it's not suitable for children.

Is it bitter?

It has that classic marmalade bitter edge from the orange rind, balanced by the sweetness of the fruit. The rind is hand-sliced, so it has a lovely chew.

How do I use it?

Is it vegan and gluten-free?
