A classic style of piccalilli, chunky, crunchy, sharp and packed with a tangy mustard and turmeric sauce. Inspired from a recipe from our village butcher back in the UK, featuring chunks of cauliflower, zucchini, green beans, and celery. Perfect as a sandwich pickle or paired with cold cuts and cheese.

Apple cider vinegar, cauliflower, celery, green beans, white sugar, water, zucchini, onion, cornflour (from maize), lake salt, ground turmeric, mustard powder, black peppercorns, bay leaf, cloves.

This was initially given to me as a gift. I have to say that piccalilli hasn't been my first choice as a relish in the past - but this one is superb! Love the fact that the veggies in it are crunchy and it's perfect with smoked ham off the bone sangers. Just ordered 3 more jars!
