Quince Paste

A delightfully floral seasonal fruit paste, made using local quinces from the Perth Hills. It has a softer set, so it's far more spreadable than the usual rock-hard paste, with that distinctive floral sweetness and subtle tartness that makes quince so treasured.

How to use it: Pair it with aged cheeses like manchego, cheddar or blue, spread it on crackers, add it to a charcuterie board, or melt a little into a glaze for roast lamb or pork.

Small-batch, vegan, gluten-free and made without preservatives. Made in WA.

Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 months.
